1. Fill bathtub with tepid water, not too hot or cold
2. make a tea with 3 TBSP of each: Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula. 3 cups of water.
3. bring to boil then turn off fire, strain herbs.
4. Pour the tea into the bath.
